EU Grünbuchauswertung ist da

Am Montag, den 26.10. wird eine zur Fortsetzung der Grünbuch-Konsultation erklärte öffentliche Anhörung zu verwaisten Werken in Brüssel stattfinden (vgl. Heise-Meldung vom 20.10.: http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/Copyright-reloaded-EU-plant-Urheberrecht-2010-834495.html)

“The European Commission plans to convene a public hearing on orphan works. The aim of this hearing is to gather further evidence on orphan works and how their digitisation and dissemination can best be managed in full respect of copyright rules.
