Israel – Jerusalem District Court Enforces Creative Commons License

The District Court in Jerusalem enforced a Creative Commons license in photographs owned by amateur photographers who uploaded them to the Internet photos sharing site Flickr. The photographs were incorporated in a book without informing the rights holders, without securing their consent, and without giving them credit^.
